Front Desk Officer / Receptionist Officer:
Our agents are primarily an element of social cohesion within your company. Due to their position at the front desk of your company, they are the first contact for all persons entering your building. Their mission is to offer a smiling welcome to each person entering the building.
The roles of our officers :
• Holding the visitors register and suppliers (input / output, announces the arrival / appointment …)
• Prevent theft (CCTV supervision, active observation of non-verbal language)
• Managing customer complaints (well being at work, degradation, glass breakage vehicle …)
• Observe and report (infiltration of water, non-rational use of a resource …)
• Facility management and requests for technical support (elevator, air conditioning, technical …)
As a facility manager or building manager, our agents are your relay on the ground. Endowed with a large relational sense, they will listen to your employees to establish a level of trust.
