Our receptionist officers are a key element in your company social cohesion. They are the first contact any visitor will have while entering your building. Their mission is to offer a smiling and warm welcome.

The role of our receptionist officer is to:

• Manage the visitor and supplier registers (entry/exit, arrival announcement / appointment…)

• Prevent theft and aggression (CCTV supervision, active observation of non-verbal language)

• Manage customer complaint (work well-being, degradation, glass breakage, car, …)

• Observation and statement report (water infiltration, non-rational use of a resource…)

• Follow-up and technical intervention request (elevator, air conditioning, technical issue, …)
